Our trained and certified technicians come to your home or place of business to repair all brands of major appliances. We will give you a complete diagnosis and estimate for repairs before the work is done. Our well-stocked trucks usually allows us to complete the call the first time out.

Service Area
Our service area includes the greater Sacramento area. Please call us if you live outside our service area.

We carry over 2,000 parts in our stock. Our service center staff is ready to serve you--whether you need a repair call or want to fix your appliance yourself!

We are an authorized warranty service company for: Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Bosch, Electrolux, Speed Queen, Uline, Broan, Bertazzoni, Fisher & Paykel, DCS, Sub-Zero and Dacor appliances. 

We also sell Extended Service Plans. The ESP must be purchased within the first 11 months of ownership. We provide the extended warranty service on these contracts.
Extended Warranty
Need service and have an extended warranty? No problem! Call your warranty provider to get an authorization number and then give us a call for service! You can request Elk Grove Appliance Service/Valley Oak Appliance for service.
Property Management
We work with local property managers, landlords and realtors to assist with their tenant and new owner appliance needs. We do provide third-party billing. Contact us to set up an account!





Before Scheduling Service:

No power to your appliance? Electric dryer running, but no heat? Check your circuit breakers!

Dryer taking too long to dry? Check for clogged or kinked vent hose, or plugged exhaust line (where dryer vents out of the house).

Dishwasher backing up through air gap on sink? Check for plugged hose between disposer and air gap.

No ice? Check that the bar in the icemaker is in the DOWN position.

When you call for service, have the appliance brand name, model, and serial number ready. Helps us to come prepared!
